Questions about PMS Chat AI
Which AI providers does it support?
OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude). You create the API key in your provider account and pay them directly at their prices.
How much does it cost to run?
With the default model a typical answer costs a fraction of a cent. You set limits per conversation, day and month, and the panel shows the estimated cost of every conversation.
Can visitors use it as a free ChatGPT?
No. It only talks about your business. Off-topic questions get a short, friendly redirect and repeated abuse ends the chat.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. Without WooCommerce the advisor learns your website and answers questions about your services, then leads visitors to a quote, a form or a call back.
Can it talk to visitors in other languages?
Lite chats in English, Polish or Swedish. Pro replies to each visitor in their own language, for example Arabic or Ukrainian, and the history shows a translation into your dashboard language under each message.
What happens when a visitor leaves a phone number?
With their agreement the advisor passes it to your team: you get an email with the number and a short summary of the conversation, and the conversation is marked in the history.
What data leaves my site?
The visitor’s messages, matching excerpts from your selected pages and product data go to the AI provider you choose. Optional reCAPTCHA uses Google. See the privacy policy.
