PMScripts Partner Programme — Terms
Version 2026-10-30, effective 30 October 2026. These terms apply between Pikus Media AB, Stjärnbildsgatan 120 lgh 1002, 415 67 Göteborg, Sweden, organisation number 559478-7821, VAT number SE559478782101 ("PMScripts", "we") and the agency or creator accepted into the programme ("Partner", "you").
1. Joining
- You apply, we review the application and confirm acceptance by email. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
- You can take part as a business (a company, or a sole trader registered for tax in your country; in Sweden: F-skatt) or, in Poland only, as a private individual. Outside Poland only businesses can take part. Private individuals in Poland apply by email to help.pms@pikus.media only; they cannot join or switch on referrals in the partner account. A private individual invoices us through Useme (useme.com), which handles the contract and taxes on the individual's side.
- You give us correct contact, tax and bank details and update them when they change.
2. Your code and link
- You get a personal code, for example
ANNA. It works in two ways:- as a link:
https://pmscripts.com/?ref=ANNA(also on any other page of the site); - as a discount code the customer enters in the cart or at checkout. The discount is set by us and shown in your partner details.
- as a link:
- You may not change the code, share it in a way these terms forbid (section 6), or create codes that look like ours.
3. Which partner gets the sale
- The last referral before the purchase wins. If a customer opens your link and later opens another partner's link or enters another partner's code, the sale goes to the other partner. If your link or code is the newest one, the sale goes to you.
- A link is remembered on the customer's device for up to 60 days, but only if the customer accepts marketing cookies. Without that consent it counts only during the same visit. A discount code always counts, because the customer enters it at checkout.
- After a referred purchase the customer stays assigned to you. Their renewals and later plugin purchases count for you until they use another partner's link or code.
- Renewals of a subscription always count for the partner credited with the first payment of that subscription.
- Our records decide which partner gets a sale. We do not split commissions between partners.
4. Commission
- Commission is paid only on paid Pro licences and paid add-ons bought in the PMScripts store. Free Lite plugins, from our store or WordPress.org, never earn commission. PMS Commerce Ledger is excluded until we announce otherwise.
- Standard rates, unless your acceptance email states otherwise:
| Partner | Rate | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Creator / influencer | 20% | every payment of the referred customer for as long as they stay assigned to you |
| Agency | 15% | every payment of the referred customer for as long as they stay assigned to you |
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, excluding VAT, after discounts. Payments in SEK, USD or PLN are converted to EUR at the European Central Bank rate we hold on the payment date.
- No commission is paid on:
- purchases by you, your company, your employees or anyone buying on your behalf;
- orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back or disputed. The part that is refunded is deducted;
- orders obtained in breach of section 6.
5. Approval and payout
- Each commission is approved 21 days after payment, after the 14-day withdrawal period and a short safety margin. Refunds or chargebacks before that date reduce it. Refunds or chargebacks after that date are deducted from your next payouts. We do not ask you to pay money back, except in case of fraud.
- On the first day of each month we close the previous month. You are paid when your approved, unpaid balance is at least EUR 100.
- If your balance stays below EUR 100, we pay it in full after three monthly closes, counted from the oldest unpaid approved commission.
- Payouts are made in EUR by bank transfer to the IBAN you gave us, normally by the 15th of the month. Each party bears its own bank fees.
- Before each close we check our records. If a check finds an error, payouts may be delayed until it is fixed. We will tell you if this happens.
6. How you may promote PMScripts
You must:
- clearly mark promotional content as advertising or as a paid partnership, as the law and each platform require (for example "Reklam" or "Annons" in Sweden, "#ad", "Paid partnership");
- describe our products truthfully and use only claims shown on pmscripts.com. Never promise legal compliance, guaranteed speed scores or results;
- follow the rules of every platform and the email marketing law.
You must not:
- bid on "PMScripts", "PMS" product names or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or use them in domain names, app names or social handles;
- publish your code on coupon or discount-code sites without our written consent;
- send spam, use cookie stuffing, hidden frames, forced clicks, fake reviews or any trick that credits you without a real recommendation;
- pretend to be PMScripts or present yourself as our support.
7. Invoices and tax
- Self-billing (recommended). If you accept the self-billing agreement (Annex A), we issue the invoice for your approved commission in your name every month, also when your balance is below the payout threshold; payment follows section 5. You do not need to invoice us. Self-billing needs complete company details and a bank account, and for a VAT-registered business in the EU a VAT number we can confirm in the EU VIES system. Until then, invoices wait and your approved commission is kept.
- Your own invoice. Without self-billing, you receive a commission statement when a payout is due. You send us an invoice for exactly that amount. We pay after receiving it.
- Private individuals (Poland only). You receive the same commission statement when a payout is due and invoice that amount to us through Useme. We pay the Useme invoice. Self-billing (Annex A) is not available to private individuals.
- VAT is shown on the invoice according to your status and country: Swedish VAT for VAT-registered partners in Sweden, reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries, no VAT for partners outside the EU or not registered for VAT. We add VAT only when your VAT registration is confirmed; a declared business status alone does not add VAT.
- You are responsible for your own income tax, social charges and VAT reporting.
8. Data
- We process your name, contact, tax and bank details to run the programme and keep accounting records for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (currently 7 years). Our privacy policy explains your rights.
- You do not receive personal data of customers. Reports show only totals: visits through your link, orders, sales and commissions.
9. Ending the partnership
- Either party may end the partnership by email with 14 days' notice.
- We may end it immediately and withhold unpaid commissions related to the breach if you break section 6 or act fraudulently.
- Otherwise, approved commissions are paid at the next monthly close, regardless of the EUR 100 threshold. Commissions not yet approved are paid once approved.
10. Changes
We may change these terms or the standard rates with 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply to commissions already earned. If you do not agree, you can leave the programme before the change takes effect.
11. Liability and general terms
- You act as an independent business, not as our employee or agent. The partnership is not exclusive.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the commissions due to you for the last 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt).

Annex A — Self-billing agreement
Between Pikus Media AB, organisation number 559478-7821, VAT number SE559478782101 ("Customer"), and the Partner named in the partner account ("Supplier").
- Scope. The Customer issues the invoices for the Supplier's referral commission under the PMScripts Partner Programme on the Supplier's behalf, in accordance with Article 224 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC and the Swedish VAT rules on self-billing.
- Invoices. One invoice for each month with approved commission, marked "Self-billing", issued independently of the payment date. Each invoice has a unique number in a separate continuous series for the Supplier (SB-partner code-number), both parties' details, the period, the commission lines, the VAT amount or the reason no VAT is charged, and the total.
- No double invoicing. The Supplier does not issue its own invoices for the same commission while this agreement is in force.
- Acceptance. The Customer sends each invoice to the Supplier's email address. The invoice is accepted unless the Supplier objects in writing within 14 days. Corrections are made by a credit note and a new invoice.
- Supplier's details. The Supplier confirms that its tax and VAT details in the partner account are correct. The Supplier informs the Customer at once if it registers for VAT, deregisters, changes its VAT number, or loses tax registration such as F-skatt.
- Tax responsibility. The Supplier remains responsible for reporting and paying VAT and income tax on the invoiced amounts.
- Records. Both parties keep the invoices as their bookkeeping law requires.
- Term. This agreement starts when the Supplier accepts it in the partner account or by email and remains in force while the Supplier takes part in the programme. Either party may end it with 30 days' notice. The Supplier then invoices the Customer itself (section 7.2 of the terms).
Accepted by the Supplier on: __________ (date recorded in the partner account)
Annex B — Agency plan
- What it is. The Agency plan is a paid subscription available by personal invitation only. To ask for an invitation, write to pms@pikus.media. We send the agency a link that is valid for a limited time and only for the invited email address; the plan is then bought in the PMScripts store. While it is paid, the agency can issue licences for PMS Cookie Banner Pro, PMS Performance Pro and PMS Chat AI Pro for its clients in the partner panel at pmscripts.com/partner. The plan size (50, 100, 250 or 500 websites) is the number of client licences the agency can hold at the same time for each of these products; deleting a licence frees its place. PMS Commerce Ledger is not included.
- One licence, one website. Each licence activates one client website. A website can be set once, before the licence is activated, and cannot be moved later.
- How long client licences work. Client licences work only while the Agency plan is paid. Each licence ends with the paid period of the plan, or earlier, on the date the agency chose when it issued the licence (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). When the plan renews, licences that follow the plan are extended automatically. If the plan is cancelled or not paid, client licences end with the last paid period. Licences already issued are not refunded separately.
- Agency responsibility. The agency is responsible for giving keys only to its own clients, keeping them confidential and using client names that do not contain personal data where possible. Downloads of Pro packages from the panel are marked for the agency account so that a leaked copy can be traced.
- Earning on renewals. An agency with the Agency plan can also switch on a referral link in the partner panel. Licences issued under the plan are not sales and earn no commission. When a client later buys or renews a Pro licence in the PMScripts store with the agency's link or code, the agency earns the agency commission under these terms.
- Ending. Cancelling the plan stops renewals; the agency can keep using the panel to view and delete licences. We may suspend the plan and its client licences if the agency breaks these terms or the store terms.
